Are the residents of Maharashtra angry that people from other states come here and take away their jobs? If you think so then you need to ask youself a question. Are Maharashtrians prepared to and competent enought to perform the same jobs at the same labour rates that other work with? If they are willing and they are jobless it only means that they are not competent enough, there is no question of quota for a job when there an employer has an option of choosing competence and lower wages. And where has there been research carried on by Shiv Sena or Navnirman Sena in this regard. They all act on some whim and make decisions without looking at its impact. If UPiets and Biharis are sent back, why not Gujratis and Rajasthanis like the Ambanis, Tatas, Birlas? Or are they not taking away jobs from Maharashtrians. Ok... I get it, they are creating jobs na.. so why in the world do they need to be sent back. Are they not creating a profit for themselves out of mumbai why not send them back as well and then lets see how mumbai functions with only Maharashtrians.

first I want to know that why in up and bhihar is not progress? why up and bhiharis want to come hear? you ask up and bhiharis politician? In Central govt jobs most jobs filled in up and bhihar. Why other then up and bhiare, no one suitable for these job fro m india,In Maharashtra people not elected even t.c elected. why? because of corruption, not competence. you told that choosing competence and lower wages you are elected. but when after Maharashtra people make mumbai progressive with his hardwork not up and bhiharis. Before question shiv sena and narvnimar sena, you ask up and bhiari politician why up and bhiharis need to leave his own state. In our state, Maharashtra rights by law get first job by Maharashtra people (state government law is 70% must be local) no body say you left mumbai. but you must respect local and in central govt job there must be selection process must fare and competitive. UP and bhihari are rearly hardworking, that hardwork must be use for up and bhihar state development. we have rights to respect our own language and state. Gujaratis and rajasthanis who are staying in mumbai 90% people speck in marathi, then why not up and biharis ready to speck marathi, why like jaya who are staying in mumbai last 40 year speck only hindi. In up and bhihar, we force you to speak in marathi, are up and bhiharis ready? and last you writ lets see how mumbai functions with only Maharashtrians.Why when you are staying in mumbai you are not maharasthrian?

First they were the South Indians. The Sena victimised them in 60s and called them derisively yandugunduwalas (because of the sound of their language) and lungiwalas; then it was the turn of the gujaratis; then the muslims;now the north indians; tomorrow somebody else. The problem is not with either the maharashtrians or the migrants. The problem is with sena who have been thriving by not respecting others and preaching hate. Even a cursory look at their history is enough.

Sorry your perseption is very wrong it is only the barriers that one must observe when you go to some place as guest. The problem here is like the saying in marathi " Bhatala dili osari ani bhat hatpai pasari" When you have been given the privilage of staying respectfuly with your talent please do not forget the days in the initial stage when you come in search of a shelter.

Had it been as you visualise Mumbai would not have grown. A person likes to settel in Mumbai just because people over here do look at what catagory one belongs to but what quality one posseses. The same persone in his own native may not be given the same exposure/status so pl change your own thinking line and try to appriciate the cosmo accepting quality of Mumbai. Other work hard to create similer conditions at you origanating place.

That is what nazis said Mr. Potdar. You are on the right path. But where is the limit? May be some day a Mumbaikar may say that a Sholapurkar is not welcome in mumbai and go to Sholapur. Which will be a defining unit? A village someday.Even marathis have caste and other ethnic differences, which will come to the fore if maharashtrians keep buying your pernitious logic. Your right by your logic should only extend to your own home if we go by your views.
