Are the residents of Maharashtra angry that people from other states come here and take away their jobs? If you think so then you need to ask youself a question. Are Maharashtrians prepared to and competent enought to perform the same jobs at the same labour rates that other work with? If they are willing and they are jobless it only means that they are not competent enough, there is no question of quota for a job when there an employer has an option of choosing competence and lower wages. And where has there been research carried on by Shiv Sena or Navnirman Sena in this regard. They all act on some whim and make decisions without looking at its impact. If UPiets and Biharis are sent back, why not Gujratis and Rajasthanis like the Ambanis, Tatas, Birlas? Or are they not taking away jobs from Maharashtrians. Ok... I get it, they are creating jobs na.. so why in the world do they need to be sent back. Are they not creating a profit for themselves out of mumbai why not send them back as well and then lets see how mumbai functions with only Maharashtrians.
