Great going Purushottam..........
As most of the parts from India has electricity problem, through this hole we can also get electricity cable from US. We can also plan to have one set top box at one end of the hole and get all the TV channels from the US end hole........... Wow Purushottam... ur hole strategy has opened up our thoughts...

Next time if someone is coming from US pls attach one end of a cable in US and carry the another end with U in the flight till India.So we can have Sunlight,Moonlight,TV channels,Mobile network(local calls to US through this wire!!),electricity(when we have powercut!!). All through this tunnel we can have multiplexes,cinemahalls,restaurants,shopping malls for those who are travelling through this...

what i suggest we can fit shaft into earth and generate electricity by taking advantage of rotating of earth....and also fit two magnet between north and south pole of earth so that it will again generate energy

This is realy a grt idea guys.. one more thing we are missing.. How Bhart Ratan Purush (Honai wallai) can forget to utilize MOON.. We need to workout to utilize moon light in night rather than digging our motherland....

Yes I agree as Moon glows in the night it means surely it is having some sort of energy,
My suggestion is Next time when we launch chandrayan, connect some wire to its end and then send to earth. So the energy can directly reach from Moon to Sriharikotta.
Bythe way, dont forget to another wire for Earthing, becoz I am not sure if Moonthing works

haha....digging hole... my cousin actually fought over this issue..he actually believed it could be done.

Making hole in earth is not a good idea. We can just break sun into 4-5 parts and fit one part above India, one above US, one above Finlad and one above New Zealand.

Brilliantest idea ever spelt. But when digging hole from India to US, we should take care when digging at the end, otherwise the excavators & engineers, laborers etc. will fall out of the earth into space.
I differ reg. pricing pencil cells at Rs.14/-, due to inflation, drought the price should be raised to like 14.05

I think digging a hole is good idea but make sure no other country make another hole and connects it to our indo-usa hole.otherwise they will throw bomb in USA side of hole and USA will blame India for that.

I remember reading in my physics class that if you drop something into a tunnel that goes through the earth, the object starts to execute simple harmonic motion: a = -kx^2
where a = acceleration due to gravity (due to earth through which the tunnel was dug) x = distance from the core of the earth k = a positive constant
