MBA is no Education at All ....It is just a ragtag accumulation of papers from ECo,ACCO,MEDIA,Jurno. etc. Which is just a WESTERN PEDAGOGY of LUSTY AMASSING through a method called MARKET with no SCIENCE involved but LOOT and CHEAT. In our Country some lusty crooks have started misguiding the Youths in the name of MBA and all get into it just thinking it as the easiest way to mint money without knowing what it is in reality. From HARVARD ,u come here to learn Mumbai Dubbawallah,LALOO-RAILWAY and innumerable such examples are there......we Indians just dont need DUMB DOINGs STUDY by the name of SUCH Idiotic CASE STUDIES...much more better methods are ingrained there in our own culture and system ;we need to learn it more and have faith in it and we have much better economic acumen than those westernized crooks who call themselves Entrepreneurs. MBA is a joke and just not required for Indians. Have u ever seen a Management Executive as Honest and Straightforward? All it teaches is how to lie and cheat the society.

You are right by Indian standard its farce and comedy. MBA in india has no scientific methodologies or practical exposure how to approach for analysis and diagnosis of problem and what are management concepts to be applied on problems. Which management concept is fit for which case. Our students are tought lessons only by the readers and we have to memorised and appear for exam this eventually results in comments like this. We do not have quality education this is problem our MBA is remain only as labals or branded tag of being educated but our graduates's minds are remain empty. I said this because I come across western management consultants like, Aurther D Littel, Mckinsey & COmpany, Booz/Allen/Hamilton, Boston COnsulting, Earnest & YOung, Hay Group, Watson Wyatt, MERCER, MEIRC, all these companies have over 200 offices world wide with over 5000 employees and earns revenue over 2.5 to 5 billions US Dollars just from consultancies. one contract amounts to over Million Dollar. But its halucination for indians and unbelievable too for Indians. I was amazed but I saw many Indians working their afcourse they were from UK,US institutes and establish their worth in maket that we Indians are intellegent. But problem is with our education system. We do not promote inventions and innovative skills its merely on record we say but we don't practice all this. SOme shrewd people in the field of Indian Management verbiage and makes good impression is only our ideals.

These Banks employ anyone having any education,not necessarily MBA.If htey can achieve a Target of 60,thay really need 50,but push them to hit 90.In the process they get rid off him before he could ask for a rise and get a new recruit.Its a continuous churning. 30 years ago,I was in a leading firm,slugging out in their R&D,while MBA's from premier institues only available those days.They wer recruited with high salaries,given responsibilities of soap distribution to workers.whether they enjoyed it or not,the name of the firm sufficient with MBA degree to boot,to take off in a Multinational co.The recruits never continue year after year till today i have also become an employer.I get employees for the job i offer.Their attitude,i am available for 8 hours for the salary.Get the job done by me if you can until i get another job elsewhere when they they just vanish without bothering to inform and if they find the new job/employer still more difficult,then they come back stating they fell sick at native place.Colleagues /consultants will know,but will keep quiet,but poor courier guys blow the whistle.Moral..... everybody is right and wrong,but the crowds at the Malls going strong India shining,Bharath Mahan

It is pretty clear how ignorant Indians think of themselves .... know nothing about ones ownself and little about others made to think as greatly educated.....LEARNING INDIA takes more than a LIFETIME baby...that too if u have a head above ur shoulder by GODs grace. Westernized PAMPER-SHOW education by no-meaning is worth LEARNING.

You must understand bogus nature of Indian education system you don't need to spend life time on formal education. But our system has reinforced the belief in the mins of people that 15 years graduation plus 2 years masters and 3 years Doctorate produced genius. Is it true my dear red chilly? Then tell me how many Nobel Prize Scientist, Technologist, Mathematicians, Astrologists we produced from our latest and most modern education system after Independance. Please don not quote Chandrasekher, Dr.Khurana kind of people who worked in USA and got Nobal prize. But our indigineous lifetime has only produce qualtity not quality brains. Don't be under wrong impression. its like frog world belief.
