These Banks employ anyone having any education,not necessarily MBA.If htey can achieve a Target of 60,thay really need 50,but push them to hit 90.In the process they get rid off him before he could ask for a rise and get a new recruit.Its a continuous churning. 30 years ago,I was in a leading firm,slugging out in their R&D,while MBA's from premier institues only available those days.They wer recruited with high salaries,given responsibilities of soap distribution to workers.whether they enjoyed it or not,the name of the firm sufficient with MBA degree to boot,to take off in a Multinational co.The recruits never continue year after year till today i have also become an employer.I get employees for the job i offer.Their attitude,i am available for 8 hours for the salary.Get the job done by me if you can until i get another job elsewhere when they they just vanish without bothering to inform and if they find the new job/employer still more difficult,then they come back stating they fell sick at native place.Colleagues /consultants will know,but will keep quiet,but poor courier guys blow the whistle.Moral..... everybody is right and wrong,but the crowds at the Malls going strong India shining,Bharath Mahan
