There is aboslutely no need to show that much solidarity with the people who are about to loose jobs there. We are in an era of gloabization and all matters is what a person can contribute and what he can take in return as compensation, as simple as that,
People who have no skills or value to contribute that make true economic sense just get wiped out..
Wasnt that the case with the several thousand semi-skilled people who lost jobs in our country,,those people who were employed in the small and medium scale industries,. the goods these people used to produce were produced in bulk, using technology and machinery at lower costs in the developed nations and we were forced to sign the WTO and other agreements, where we had to allow unlimited access for all those companies, even at the cost of the livelihoods of our very own citizens??
So, at the end of day, it is all about employable security,,, to have a particular set of skills, that help us sail through rough times,,, if indeed one loves his loved ones,, he/she shall ensure such a security is built within their resumes and expertise, rather than having to join a company and aspiring to stay there employed the rest of the life... isnt that actually the way we show our loved ones that we care,,,getting ready for any kind of risk any kind of rough times???
By the way,, the social support systems in those countries are strong enough, and the governments, especially Netherlands, most usually give some kind of allow

the social support systems in those countries are strong enough, and the governments, especially Netherlands, most usually give some kind of allowance for people who are unemployed, until that time that they fine suitable employment again..
can we ever dream of such a situation in India, does anyone indeed care to provide at least the bare necessities when one goes employed or looses his job??
so, not to worry, those people shall take care of themselves and let us build our skill sets to match and meet any kind of favourable and unfavourable certainities..
