Join better companies like Microsoft, Goggle, Yahoo which would give you comparatively challenging work, good money and above all if you are a developer, you surely won't be reporting into a dumb ass Project Manager.
I have worked with one of top Indian companies and seen how ppl who didn't know anything trying to become a PM or an onsite co-ordinator.

Not everyone can join a top company. Think of a solution for a greater good.. e.g. WAR ON TERROR

This is the tip of the Ice burg. These so called Top notch companies have gone mad in the blind race of numbers and forgot basic values.....inhumanly long working hours tremendous work pressures ,over commitment to clinet(Boot licking is a better word).....totally ridiculous appraisal systems and many more reasons ......... If the situation of the employees in these companies is so pathetic assume about the gallie companies that is drinking the blood of employees............... Tata steel has limited the number of working hours as 8 way back in 70s........my dear Big brains plz learn some thing.........
