Join better companies like Microsoft, Goggle, Yahoo which would give you comparatively challenging work, good money and above all if you are a developer, you surely won't be reporting into a dumb ass Project Manager.
I have worked with one of top Indian companies and seen how ppl who didn't know anything trying to become a PM or an onsite co-ordinator.
