you seems to be a frustrated person..if young ppl are living life accroding to their ways...why the hell are you bothered about this...BPO boom is good for india....so many semi-literate people have got job because of this..and now going to rural areas will create more job in rural areas...Great going!

enticejuan, you are right that these moral degradation problems exist, but BPO is not responsible for these, but its the loose character of those ppl involved. Those who are doing these things, will do all this stuff even if they were not in BPO but somewhere else. As far as health is concerned, that really is a matter of worry and appropriate action shud be taken to ensure the good health of employees (like regular checkup to find out if health is degrading after they started working).
