enticejuan, you are right that these moral degradation problems exist, but BPO is not responsible for these, but its the loose character of those ppl involved. Those who are doing these things, will do all this stuff even if they were not in BPO but somewhere else. As far as health is concerned, that really is a matter of worry and appropriate action shud be taken to ensure the good health of employees (like regular checkup to find out if health is degrading after they started working).
