Have you noticed something with the reserved category of bureacrats. They try to emulate the others and strive hard to come up to the same standards as a wealthy bureacrat. In the process, if you have been unfortunate to deal with them, they are the most arrogant, greedy and slimiest dogs in the bureacracy. What they don't realise is that, it is through cultural transformation and learning good etiquettes that you can stand shoulder to shoulder with others. One incident, once to get some approval, we had to call a moron to the office for lunch (he came running to collect his packet) and it was an embarassment to see him lick his fingers when all the others were using a fork to eat, or atleast a spoon. Then they talk about being equal to others

India's economic situation is unique in itself & that demands reducing the bridge between the rich & poor. Our prime minister is right. He has lived economics all his life & knows well that the only way this divide can be reduced is to give opportunities to advance to the socially underpriveledged lot. The past few years have widended the divide between rich & poor thanks to the black money circulation in our country & the every growing inflation. How will the pooor manage to pay twice or thrice the same amount for a commodity or service while their disposable income has remained the same..Let's feel for our fellow citizens - we are poor country where thousands people die of hunger every day.. So once agian..our prime minister is right..

Watever these politically votebank offers declared by these politicians mouth is totally not acceptable. As there are also crores of poorers in India who are brought up in General families. With these quota, all the meritorious poor general students will be deprived from their rights. So,I think all these quotas should be abolished which was tested for many years to gain actual mileage in creating their vote banks rather killing the future of the great country. There should be two quota i.e. rich and poor.Among poors, only meritorious students should be given chance for any type of job.Like this year Civil services exam shows that even children of Rickshawpuller, beggars etc can win this.

Manmohan singh is not an economist today. He is just a tail wagging pet of Sonia. So, don't see economics in this
