Have you noticed something with the reserved category of bureacrats. They try to emulate the others and strive hard to come up to the same standards as a wealthy bureacrat. In the process, if you have been unfortunate to deal with them, they are the most arrogant, greedy and slimiest dogs in the bureacracy. What they don't realise is that, it is through cultural transformation and learning good etiquettes that you can stand shoulder to shoulder with others. One incident, once to get some approval, we had to call a moron to the office for lunch (he came running to collect his packet) and it was an embarassment to see him lick his fingers when all the others were using a fork to eat, or atleast a spoon. Then they talk about being equal to others |
