I really don't know what these guys are thinking about management? do you know real management tips ? above all tips are usefull to write an answer for your MBA/Management Exams, no bull shit will works-out if it comes to reallity & practice.
why you know ??
Management is not a "scientific-theory" its reall Art, it needs lot of Qualities.One should always understood that HE/She is going to handle manpower, every individuals are different.
Good management tips are given below
1)eat your subordinater's brain.!
2)avoid close supervision.
3)dont guage everyone in "one-scale".
4)don't spend much time in "meetings"
5)don't listen anybody's story,take it in writing, ask CPA from him/her & direct him/her to follow it.
6)Prize the Goodwork with One OR two words.
7)Don't use subordinators for your work.
8)Don't allow any subordinators OR heigher authority to sit more time with you.
9)Don't discuss personal/company matters with subordinates.
10)Make a habit of "morning/evening rounds" to shop-floor/plant.( visit every work-station & come silently.then call related manager/supervisor to correct if defect found)
11)"all are equals in the eyes of the law" impliment it.take action based on facts & figurs.
12)Be smileface,well-dressed,avoide close interaction with ladies staff/assistants!
YOU WILL BECOME No-1 manager in Industry.

in any company at the end...how u can take the advantage from others...all depends on that...exactly like bwood formule...do what ever at the end money make sense for them...same happening in Indian IT companies and all other companies...just for ex : compare TATAS WITH ub mALYA...ub mALYA BEHAVE JUST LIKE A BOROTHA...but he attracts more as he hits on weekness...what about Tatas...he is doing best for India...but at the end who will be effective...??????? Big ???????/
