in any company at the end...how u can take the advantage from others...all depends on that...exactly like bwood formule...do what ever at the end money make sense for them...same happening in Indian IT companies and all other companies...just for ex : compare TATAS WITH ub mALYA...ub mALYA BEHAVE JUST LIKE A BOROTHA...but he attracts more as he hits on weekness...what about Tatas...he is doing best for India...but at the end who will be effective...???????
