These private companies must be banned from India, they are not "reservation" and they are doing divide and rule. we not get oppurtunity. simply cheating and getting land and doing bad things.

first of all learn to speak clearly. if by reservation you mean "reservation by caste" that is worst thing that has happened in india. we need to get people based on merit regardless of caste.IT companies have put india on the global map. wake up to the reality!!!

This is not just the IT/BPO companies have put india on the global map. There are many other sectors have their own contribution towards the indian economy; especially heavy industries and Auto mobile sectors. India is going to be a Design hub for the whole world in near future. Also IT companies do not hire people on their merit basis but choose them from big and famous educational institutes or reference of their current employees. The real growth of India will be when such companies shares the percentage of their employees from poor but educated society. I mean village students, who could not enroll themselves to these high fees seeking institutes because of their economic conditions. They should also hire people from smaller and unfamous colleges; where students are waiting for jobs and ready to give their 200% effort.

just wake up guys. Stop talking rubbish and try to improve urself in moving forward. Dont stand in a place and envy about those who move forward. As long as we talk on reservations we will never prosper.

I am sorry!! Why do you want reservation sir? This is a competitive world. Best people should get best opportunities.
About you not getting an opprotunity, I guess you are not able to communicate properly. That is evident in your message, I am not able to clearly understand what you intended in your message. Yuo should put your efforts in improving your communication skills, rather than being mad at Infosys.
