RE:INFY strong in NASDAQ

This is not just the IT/BPO companies have put india on the global map. There are many other sectors have their own contribution towards the indian economy; especially heavy industries and Auto mobile sectors. India is going to be a Design hub for the whole world in near future. Also IT companies do not hire people on their merit basis but choose them from big and famous educational institutes or reference of their current employees. The real growth of India will be when such companies shares the percentage of their employees from poor but educated society. I mean village students, who could not enroll themselves to these high fees seeking institutes because of their economic conditions. They should also hire people from smaller and unfamous colleges; where students are waiting for jobs and ready to give their 200% effort.
