Shaheen ji a veg may think that veg food is the best bcos he has not tated non veg. ..Just an e.g... U may change ur mind if u knew what is on the other side of celebacy. At 31 it's not too late. AND I MAY ALSO HELP U OUT. what say?

To elevate yourself spiritually, celibacy is a must, which is of course very difficult to practise. Only mentally enlightened people and whose soul is tuned to spiritual enlightenment only can practise that. Of course, this truth cannot be understood by many people, being ordinary mortals with limited mind capabilities.

Some one atleast is doing something towards the population problem of the country or the planet,jokes apart if that was the 'BEST' option there would not be any diffrence between earth and the other cold lifeless planets in the solar world
