To elevate yourself spiritually, celibacy is a must, which is of course very difficult to practise. Only mentally enlightened people and whose soul is tuned to spiritual enlightenment only can practise that. Of course, this truth cannot be understood by many people, being ordinary mortals with limited mind capabilities.
