I strongly felt that the professional life is always having first prioirity than any other so you had studied well and hard than anyone else. Regarding personal life, yes it is too having the simialr priotity but not much than professional. In personal life, if you make any sort of mistakes, everybody who are part of your personal life can easily forgive you but in professinal life, there are always a few people like your boss, your client(s) etc... who can not tolarate your mistakes. So I think, even though it is looking like your job is suffering your personal life, you need to plan it for not to caught in such circumstances. Am I wrong?

Whether jobs comes first or family...I think if you dont have a job you will not get the spouse you are looing for. So job comes first. But, unfortunately, there are some spouses who forget the importance of their counterparts' job after the marriage. They rather start priortising their personal lives which causes the job to suffer and the carrier too. On the other hand ourpose of job is also fulfilling personal life. SO there should be a balance. But, I feel, the job should not over exploit a person, rather it should allow one to grow so that he/she can enjoy family life nicely.

You are right sometime,What u told is fact. But my Thinking some people are more greedy about money, according to me if we are earning more or less it don't make any sense,we should give time to our family. If i am earning monthly 1lack and not giving time to the family its simply waste. My advise is earn more or less But enjoy with the family.

Well I believe the opposite. One needs to develope carreer at the same time one needs to develope family also. I cannot ignore the desires of my family (my wife and children) when they need me the most. Well it has to be balanced. We can work hard at our office and spend time with our family also. It just needs some positive attitude and self desire. Family is a place where we shed our tiredness and therefore after a long work in office, some few minutes of fun with our children and other family members can be quite refreshing.

I strongly believe that personal life is more prior than professional life. If you have the talent and skill you can survive anywhere. But if you do mistakes in personal life, the relationship built will be carried on throught out the life time. Mistakes are forgiven but if that also reaches extreme point....the relationship is completely broken..

Its very simple, someone said - "Cleanliness begins at home" - similarly, if you dont know how to balance personal life and work, I guess you will never learn to be a successful executionist.
