Hi all, Dating a colleague does hamper ur productivity.but on the other side , such things are not avoidable coz we do spend major part of the day in offices. it somehow proves to foster relationships. wat if such relationship with colleague sours, we do tend to take personal issues at the workplace and it does creates mess in both personal and professional life( not to mention effects our productivity). The decion whether to date a colleague or not depends on individual as each reacts differently to such matters ......

Dear Ms.Ashwani,
I am fully aggree with your points if there is a transprency between you and your colleague then in that case there is no problem. If you belive some one may be he is your colleague or any other friend and if he has not having a transprency then there is problem. In our country very few peoples exectly know the defination of real friendship. It is not only the dating but its a trnsperency of faith. Reply me if possible
