Hi all, Dating a colleague does hamper ur productivity.but on the other side , such things are not avoidable coz we do spend major part of the day in offices. it somehow proves to foster relationships. wat if such relationship with colleague sours, we do tend to take personal issues at the workplace and it does creates mess in both personal and professional life( not to mention effects our productivity).
