Hiiya i am currently doing my MBA in UK after having worked for 4 years. My view is that if i hadnt worked for 4 years my MBA would just have been another academic course.
Since i had worked i was able to relate my theory and validate my experiences and leanr and unlearn conecpts which i feel is important when u do your MBA.
I am having around 3.5 yrs in the Software. Now, I am planning for an MBA. Pls can you guide me how to start with? (Which Training Materials, time period required) I also have a very tight deadlines at work.

i think having experience in any field and then doing MBA will be better rather to shine in this field.
