Hiiya i am currently doing my MBA in UK after having worked for 4 years. My view is that if i hadnt worked for 4 years my MBA would just have been another academic course.
Since i had worked i was able to relate my theory and validate my experiences and leanr and unlearn conecpts which i feel is important when u do your MBA.
