I get angry on very petty reasons also. actuall i am myself a perfectionist. i can't tolerate anything wrong anywhere, not even b my servant and children. then till i spill it out at that person ,my anger does not subside. at times i feel that the intensity of anger was too much, but can't control.

thanks a lot Ali.. many people around me say...angry is the only negative thing about me...i have been struggling to overcome it...so i found ur suggestions really good
