anger

I get angry on very petty reasons also. actuall i am myself a perfectionist. i can't tolerate anything wrong anywhere, not even b my servant and children.
then till i spill it out at that person ,my anger does not subside. at times i feel that the intensity of anger was too much, but can't control.
