is doing MS from USA after work exp. is good option?

hi,
ihave done B.Tech(CSE) and has a work experience of 2+ years. now i am planning to give GRE/TOEFL for pursuing MS. can you please tell me whether doing an MS after work exp. is good option or not? and after completing my course what are the chances of getting ajob in US itself.

IELTS scores are accepted in US universities but not all...Try searching for the list of US universities that accepts IELTS score...

And you have decent score so you can definately apply on that and you don't need GRE or TOEFL...

I suggest you to come on h1 rather than on MS,as already you have BTech and 2 yrs of experience that should do.

Doing your MS will not make any difference to job,and additionally you have to pay lots of fees and 2 yrs of your valuble time.

The job opportunities in US are much better if you get a degree from the US. In Masters, you would be working on a specialized topic. So your opportunities for specialized research and development based work increases. Experience helps, but it is my understanding that people with higher education degrees gets the challenging projects (super achievers are exceptional, with or without a degree).
