I did my MBA graduation with HR specialization and got 3yrs of experience in recruitments.If i would like to pursue a career in US how do i need to go about? 1 what kind of career options will i have? 2.Do I need to pursue other courses? 3.Which are the other courses would help me in finding a good career? 4.What is the income range can i expect?

In US, aliens only get jobs in the fields where American resourses are less, i.e. IT. As for as HR people are concerned I think there is no lack of HR people. As for as USCIS is concerned they are very picky about giving H1 visas for people other than IT resourses. I am not discouraging you but it is little difficult than IT people.
