Iam karthik pursuing MS in SWEDEN. I have applied to US universities to do nother MS.. I would like to know about the visa rule i.e where should I apply my visa from either from INDIA or from SWEDEN..Can I apply from SWEDEN..

No you cannot apply for a visa from Sweden. You will have to go back to India and come from there. The US embassy in sweden will not even give you an appointment. -sam
