Hello

Iam karthik pursuing MS in SWEDEN.
I have applied to US universities to do nother MS..
I would like to know about the visa rule i.e where should I apply my visa from either from INDIA or from SWEDEN..Can I apply from SWEDEN..

So please give me some information...
