Hi, Good morning Iam Joshi, from Hyderabad IIIT.Here Iam pursuing PGDIT.Well,in IIIT very important thing is that talk in english.The main problem is Iam from rural place that's NARSAPUR in WEST GODAVARI.I studied up to 2 in english medium but, I dont know how to talk in english.Because, we didn't use english any time.Because, my mother tongue is telugu so, every one was talking in telugu i also follow the same.So, for that pupose I didn't get any thing. I think Iam ok with english but, I think the problem is scareing.When Iam in public I very much scared to express my view to them.Even though i have the stuff Iam unable to talk.How could i over come from it.Please help me and give me a good suggestion.I write any thing good but, while iam talking it's not comming out what shoul i do.I think its my mind problem.With in short time I'll forgot every thing.Eagerly waiting for ur reply.

As you say your problem is fear. To overcome this you should be ready for the worst case which would most probably be feeling humiliated when you end up making mistakes. You cannot have a baby without labour pain. English is just a language not intelligence and it is absolutely fine to make mistakes when you start speaking the langauge. Accepting the truth and having a realistic goal will solve your problem.

First u have to find someone who doesn't talk with u in telugu, be associated with them. Read newspapers, watch news channels, be friendly with tos most authors:read novels, join in a British library, speak to urself in english. Then language is not a problem.I did the same way. Believe me.
