Those who do not like this industy may wish not to join.
So it becomes , i believe essential to stop nipping at the bud, and let this sun rise industry help it to grow itself.
Reports like the one shown does not solve any purpose except spreading unrest. Let also loosing business can the report provide a solution if they have one.

I agree with this, why has the name of the article been given as "Cons more than pros"???! Why does rediff want to mislead readers like this, when so many millions of people log on to rediff every single day?!?!? It, being a public media, should act responsibly and is, instead, trying to tarnish the image of the call centre/BPO industry. I myself have not worked in the industry but it provides employment to over a million people (for your information, the IT and BPO sectors combined at the end of March 2005 provided employment to over 1 million people and as per NASSCOM's target is expected to hit 2 million people by 2008.). Given these statistics, it is vital that the industry be promoted and not put down. Please act in a responsible manner.
