Gud mrng sir/mam. This is riyaz. Im working as an English Language Trainer. I have to enable my students to be good at Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing skills of the language. Iam good at training the students to improve their communication skills. Besides that i have to teach them softskills too. Im not good at soft skills training. Can u please guide me how can i train my students on soft skills. Are there any books by following which we can monitor the students.

Hi Riyaz, You have to be the change for telling about the change. Be patient, develop your soft-skills by reading & practising. Initially Teach your students through online videos & making them to ineract more under your guidance. After you have developed the skills your students will look upto you. A software called as 'Espoir Smart English Through Success Secrets' is available online. This will teach you & help your students to learn various aspects of life through ENglish language & will also develop your soft skills. It is not Cmmunication if soft-skills in not a part of it.
