Initially Teach your students through online videos & making them to ineract more under your guidance. After you have developed the skills your students will look upto you. A software called as 'Espoir Smart English Through Success Secrets' is available online. This will teach you & help your students to learn various aspects of life through ENglish language & will also develop your soft skills. It is not Cmmunication if soft-skills in not a part of it.
