Back Pain

I started getting back pain while doing workouts in the gym. After taking medicines I felt little ok.But today I still suffer a pain in my lower back.

After doing Yoga and Body streching exercise, I feel ok for sometimes and then starts getting normal pain.

Can you pls suggests me any yoga exercise.

Namaste,
I think so u would be doing this posture in ur yoga class ,whihc is called as cobra postion .That postion is the perfect postion which can help u from back pain .Still if u fell i would like to still consult some yoga teacher than just telling u some thing .
So please if u refer to ur yoga teacher for this postions according to ur problems it would be great.
