Back Pain

I started getting back pain while doing workouts in the gym. After taking medicines I felt little ok.But today I still suffer a pain in my lower back.

After doing Yoga and Body streching exercise, I feel ok for sometimes and then starts getting normal pain.

Can you pls suggests me any yoga exercise.
