dear madam,
i am having acidity & Gastric problem from long time kindly suggest me.

Some Yogasanas helps reducing acidity. Avoid spicy and non veg food. Drink 2-3 big glasses of water 1st thing in the morning. Do not FAST. Eat less many times a day. Get some calcium suppliments, they act as anaticds too.
