I AM KANCHAN.MY WEIGHT IS 42 KG.I EAT BANANAS AND HEALTHY FOOD.MY WEIGHT DOESNT INCREASE.NY AGE IS 23.GIVE ME SOME TIPS.

take cheese sticks,sweets made up of ghee,bread butter,fermented food like idli,dosa,meduwada-with coconut chutney in morning, boiled groundnuts,3 bananas & milk in morning, chickoo milkshake, mango milkshake, etc. , fried/boiled potato, jackfruits, custard apples...as the season may be.
eat pulses.
if you eat non-veg, then eggs are best.
mix the egg yolk in milk and drink...though its not tasty!..but its very good.
