Where do HARDGAINERS stand?
by Rahul Joshi on Aug 24, 2005 12:25 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The article mentions nothing about Hardgainers? These are the majority of people we see around us. They JUST WONT gain weight or mass by anything mentioned here UNLESS they follow the basic principle for every Hardgainer, that is...

EAT MORE - EXERCISE LESS - REST MORE

MORE & LESS ofcourse does not mean doing things in excess mindlessly.

For example...a Hardgainer usually would workout only 4 days (maybe 3) a week!! Yeah thats true. I know it works, coz ONLY this worked for me.

On last note...
The TRUE supplements that work -

1. Creatine Monohydrate OR even better Carbo Creatine.
Taken with GLUCON-D , 15 mins before workout, will amaze you.

2. WHEY Protein. This is an absolute must if you want to see any kind of muscle growth. No Protein = No Muscle. Its as simple as that.

Have Fun!

Creatine is available across all major Chemist shops.
If you are in Delhi, one very good place is "GRAND SLAM" in GK2. Another one is "VINAYAK HOSPITAL" in Noida.

A 300 gm creatine would cost somewhere around 1000 Rs. Yeah thats costly, but then u take doses of only 5 gms each day!! (theres a loading phase & offloading phase) You will find the instructions on the DIBBA anyway.

Finally, make sure you go for the best brands, coz u have to be VERY sure when taking such things...
I would suggest CREAPURE and PROLAB.

Go ahead and make your day!
