Agreed in Australia the umpires seemed biased but what stopped the Indian team from winning in the test matches and one day matches in India. Forget Australia, we dont even win in New Zealand or for that matter south Africa.
India first needs to win, we all agree we have the best batsman, best bowlers, richest board but winning percentage Pakistan's and South Africa has better winning averages than India

India has lost many times, but it has never complained like this before. Point is not that India lost, but how they were defeated. India lost because Australia cheated and umpires gave Aus helping hand.
I have seen 6-7 year old kids playing with better sportmanship than Australian team.

Indians, who can't even win properly with Australia are using the Sydney match as an excuse to demand that Ponting quit. The real reason why they want Ricky to go away is because they are afraid of Ricky whose team regularly gives Team India a sound thrashing.

NO,they r not over doing. What a team epects, when rival team captain declares ganguly out.it would have been better for our players to take gaurd 1 feet away from stumps to allow the bowler to hit stumps as dravid was not out which every body saw.Symonds out on 30,u allow again out below 40 not out decission, syddney test was ours but umpires conspired to make us loose.hu is scared of ricky,he is bhajjies bunny, see in rest tests, india will bounce back, aussies r playing like kids hu cry to get decissions from parents hu know its unfair but still allow their wish to not see them crying.

We know what happened when Aus played with 11 players. They thrashed India by 337 runs in the first test.

Yes, very much possible. Aust did thrash India at MCG in the 1st test, but did u hear any protests? There were disappointment about India's performance, but there was no complain about either officials nor the Aust players. It may not be, but looks like in the 2nd test all are hell bent to give aust a win; field umpires, 3rd umpires. Most irritating part was as if Ponting is running the show, by giving out and ump is listening him without referring to the 3rd ump. I think what Aust players did is very common to them, and I am not exactly surprised. To me the umpires are the main cultprit. Not only they gave plenty of one-sided horrendous wrong decisions, they even looked too weak to handle the pressure and dictated by Aust players, Benson in particular. If correct decisions were taken it could be a comfortable draw and if luck favors could even go for India. So of course the disappointment of losing a golden opportunity is also added to the frustration.
If u like to agree or not this Sidney test win will be remembered for all the wrong reasons, excpet for those rabid Oz nationalist. At the same time I should also admit Indian public behaved over the top, which should also be stopped. Media is mainly to blame for this. Hope everyone involved got a lesson from this and the rest of the series will be played the way a cricket match should be played.

That is a wrong assesment. Team India is not comparable to Team Australia, that is ok. But, did Team Australia need to use unfair tactics to win? The argument is about how you play the game and not about winning or loosing. If the argument was indeed about loosing, then every match India lost should have turned into trouble. But that is not the case.

Australia did not do anything unfair. Stop blaming them. The Umpires gave a few bad decisions. You cannot blame Australian team for that.

Guys looks like we are forgetting one thing.. this is not about who wins? It is the Game Spirit which is being pushed into the back seat? And false allegations against one person... How can we compare what we usually term idli..dosa with Racism?

that goodness edara rao you dont represent India or for that matter any other country. You would have played for the spirit and lost and your opponents would have played with their killer instinct and won.No doubt India is poor in sports

Hatim,we are the only side that stopped steve waugh' side form record breaking streak of 17 wins. That made him so desperate that he called Indian tour as ' final frontier' . He won series everywhere but not in India. That speaks of our great record at home. Don't make such insane comments.

One or two rare victories dont make a champion. We won the one day last in 1983 Aussies have won it 4 times. You may talk about 20:20 but did you ever in your wildest dreams think India could win.we all know we won by luck unlike the Aussies who have been on top for more than 2 decades
