The article itself makes no sense and tries to make a mountain out of a mole-hill. Why should chief ministers always have to announce big cash awards for winning CRICKETERS? What about other sports? And what are they doing for the real development of the states? Irfan Pathan has done a great job for India, and he does not need to be felicitated by Modi or anybody for that. He will get enough from brand endorsements. But, at the same time, it is scary and painful to see such vicious, emotional reactions from our 'educated and intelligent' readers, coupled with blind adulation for Modi. They ignore the fact that Modi IS BLATANTLY ANTI_MUSLIM and HAS organized the massacre of innocent muslims in his own state. He IS GUILTY AND HAS BLOOD ON HIS HANDS, and his crime is AT PAR with the barbaric and destructive Islamic terrorists.If Modi becomes a role model for people, then I fear for the future and peace of the Indian state.

MUSLIMS ARE BALANTLY ANTI_HINDU ..AND THEY HAVE KILLED AND BOMBED IN THE NAME OF RELIGION...There can be NO PEACE in any state let alone INDIA as long as Muslims have a fundamentalistic, jihadi and non compromising approach..so please get your facts right before shooting of your mouth about who should and should not be our role models !!

I never said that muslim terrorists are good. They are equally destructive, and need to be eliminated. But, people like Modi GIVE THEM (the Jehadis) FURTHER MOTIVATION and CAUSE to create more mayhem. Violence is bad, and killing of innocents of ANY RELIGION is REPREHENSIBLE.

No, I won't shut the f**k up. Just one question Tarak, will you take revenge for atrocities on kashmiri pandits on innocent Indian muslims who have nothing to do with Pakistan or Kashmir? I also feel really bad for the pandits, and feel Kashmir should be an integral part of India. It's the stupidity of our government and intelligence agencies who could not check the rise of terrorism in Kashmir. Remember, an eye for an eye will make the world blind.
