I feel is vengsarkar is not good at talking to the press. The way he talks surely discourages and pushes the player into pressure. He has very poor management skills. The facts should be talked smoothly and do what ever he wants with out hurting the people. The statment "If he is not able to prove his fitness in the Deodhar Trophy match, he will not go to the World Cup," is really a foolish statement. Instead he should say "We wish pathan will prove his fitness. We are confident on his skills. In case if he (pathan) can't prove his fitness we (selectors) will discuss how to proceed" In reality both has the same meaning. Sametime he should be rigid while taking decisions. I am not favoring pathan. I am talking about management skills.
