I agree partially with Sunil here. Greg got a reasonably performing team and failed to improve it. Yes players perform in the field, but that is just an execution of strategy made by players and management. Greg could win the respect of only 2 players out of 15 selected to the team. There was fundamentally something wrong in his approach, he failed to understand India and team India. Of course he is not the only one failed in making the winning team, selectors, board, players and all other decision makers have to go through the filter to identify the faults.
