Why Bihari people whose standard of education is as such poor compared to most others should be given preference in Maharashtra? You don't need brains to qualify for any clerical job in railwaysm banks or anywhere. 2. Even after so many railway ministers from Bihar, why Biharis haven't learned to buy tickets? Why the trains to Bihar are inherently in bad shape?
