Till june they have been telling that Hyde act is not applicable for India and India is bound only by 123 agreement and that Hyde Act is a domestic one etc. When Condolisa Rice told that Hyde act would be applicable to India our External Affairs minister came against it. Only during the parliament debate the government came out with the proposal of enacting a domestic law to counter Hyde act. Dear friend please don't try check the sense of people.
