Arey Haan, You are absolutely right. Whenever vehicle registration is done in RTO, the Chassis Number & the Engine Number is registered, and then the Number Plate number by RTO is given. The RTO has all the data, only you have to dig it up from their files. Why Police is fooling around & misleading he Indians, to say that nothing can be done. Government seems to be having No Value for the precious mankind, and equally shameful towards the dead Indians.
