RE:Benefits of Nuclear Deal
by Gireesh on Jul 21, 2008 02:36 AM

let me quote from the article of u mentioned :

"Amid this opulence of energy resources, why beg for or borrow American stuff that has strings attached and involves unfamiliar technology?"

where is this opulence of energy resources?

bengal and Kerala has been ruled by leftists quiet long : If there is so much resources why they still have power cuts?

60 % of Indian villages are still living without electricity. And in most of the places where there si elctricity the supply is marred by low voltage and power cuts.

Tell me one village in Kerala where there is no voltage problems.

All parties have ruled India. If there was so much abundance of resources why they did not address the issue of shortage of electricity which is so vital for development.

the majority of our population is still only developing. Once they start living like most of these leader (including VRK and karats ) teh demand for electricity will be so huge. Or do these leaders expect taht these poor guys are never going to see electricity and refrigerator?

I have great rerspect for Krshna Iyer. But at least this article a simple diarrhoea of words.
I even doubt it has been written in his name by someone else with leftist leaning. the unusual vocabulary is not typical of Krishna Iyer..

anyway..let us bother about providing electricity to masses rather than American Policies. Left always wanted an opponent to fight agains. Now it is Amerca..that is all..
