Hey I've no religion. Never will a person who has committed crimes can make it to heaven without getting punished to the fullest. Repentance before Christ and punishment are the must for any mistake and every human being might have erred at least once in his lifetime. The path is not easy, it's the toughest one. Living righteous life is the most important point to achieve this. My ideal, Gandhiji should have certainly made it to the heaven bcos of his xtreme righteous life - heaven could not have lost him.
