In ideal world the document should be accessible to the entire nation. I agree with your on that point. But we live in a world less than perfect. So why complaining? BTW: party president don't have access to the document. ONLY those who are involved in negotiations have the access. That is why Mr Mukherjee is asking the left to do: join in the process. Why do you want to poke your nose without taking any responsibility?
