There are a thousand million left back in India, who are doing exceedingly well. And the indication of their contribution is there for all to see.
One thing, if someone finds better pasture outside the country, well, he will certainly find things over here to be not to be good enough and to be faulty. You can not and should not stop them. Anyway, they will not be very productive over here.
