as long as congress has a chance of winning in south, no problem will be resolved no matter how apparent the solution might be. a congressi rule in any state only means that that state in vulnerable to silly divisions. elect a bjp govt if you are serious about solving monumental problems. learn from other bjp ruled states - it is common sense decision at this point in history.
